The staff were lovely and very helpful. the room was spacious. i could come and go as i pleased. That was very convenient. i could leave luggage there for a small fee on the day of check out. this service was quite useful.
The room was very small for two people. it felt tiny. even just moving around, we would bump into each other. the bed was small as well. My feet were dangling off the mattress.

the hotel is near paddington station. it makes getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. i found the location convenient for accessing transport links.
my room was very small and a bit cramped. there wasn't much space for luggage. the shower had low water pressure and a broken showerhead. breakfast was basic, with limited choices.
